In this meditation Terry takes you on a journey where you can see how many times in the past beliefs have changed. A simple walk through some of the most amazing scientific discoveries that were later overturned or understood to mean something different will show you that life is not static but rather dynamic. Just because your beliefs are a particular way right now doesn’t mean they will always remain that way when you are open to discovering the truth. After you take a walk through beliefs it’s time to take it easy where you will visit a peaceful pond and meditate on a lily pad. Then it’s off to a desert to watch the sunrise and finally to the ocean for a perfect sunset finish of the day.
